Where are these selling with discounts? Over in NH I have seen DCT models on leftover cleara nce, but In Vermont only a couple dealers even have one in stock and they sell for MSRP all day.

How is the wind protection on the highway on these? Also, how is the heat management? My ZX-14r gets very hot and I miss the upright seating I had with my BMW R1100RT and V Strom 1000.

I’ve never owned a bike with anywhere near this much fairing/windshield, but I think it’s pretty damn good. It does a decent job keeping weather of me, but when it's hot outside it also keeps airflow away from jacket vents. That being said I've ridden a few hours with it up around 95F and been fine, sweaty but fine. Heat from the bike itself can be felt at stops, but it never gets uncomfortable. It's really a fantastic bike. Mine is a 2017 CRF1000 manual transmission, fwiw.

Thank you for the assessment. I will have to demo one next year . I tried a Multistrada a few years ago and I just wasn’t wowed by it. Plus, I don’t want to pay the Ducati tax when it comes to the accessories and maintenance.

Naults in Manchester has the 2019s for 10999, or 11800 out the door. Thats for both the Adventure Sports like I got, a nd the standard version. THey also have DCTs for more, I think it was $1k more. They are financing at .9 for up to 60mo.
